The following information regarding the policies of Right Touch Dental Center is provided as a resource for our current and potential patients. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the following information, please feel free to call our staff.
At Right Touch Dental Center, we believe in completion of all treatments that are begun in our office. Incomplete treatments can cause serious problems, complications, and misunderstandings. Incomplete treatments can also lead to tooth loss and additional dental disease. Due to their design, some treatment plans may take a long period of time to complete. In order to begin these long-term treatments, we ask that you commit to their completion.
When we make an appointment for you, we reserve a block of time specifically for you based on the dates and times we have available. It is important that you try and keep your appointment and arrive on time. We understand that sometimes things beyond our control require us to change plans we have made. However, if you need to cancel or change your appointment, please make sure you give us no less than 24 hours of advance notice. It is very difficult for us to provide quality care when short notice cancellations appear throughout our appointment calendar, and as a result we do charge for all cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
We prefer that fees be paid at the time of service. This allows us to provide quality treatment at low prices, which rise when billing occurs. We will be happy to discuss financial arrangements with you during your first visit. If you have dental insurance, we will electronically file your claim the day of your appointment, however please be prepared to pay for your first visit. We have financing options available and will be happy to discuss them with you when you visit our office.
